Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

  • How long does the process take?

The length of the installation process depends on the type of flooring that you choose to go with. Carpet installations usually take one day to complete depending on the size of your project.

  • What should I do to prepare for installation?

Ensure the area is clear of personal/small items and electronics. Our team will handle the rest, including removing old flooring if needed.

  • Do you provide estimates for installation?

Yes, we offer free estimates to help you plan your project budget effectively.

  • Do you offer a warranty on your installations?

Yes, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all of our installations to ensure your peace of mind.

  • How long does it take for product to arrive after ordering?

Depending on where the product is ordered from, the shipping process could take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks.

  • What kind of carpet pad do you recommend?

For commercial, we recommend carpet pad with a moisture barrier for extra protection. For personal use, you have the option of 6 or 10 pound, the 10 pound would provide more comfort for your feet.

  • How do I maintain different types of flooring?

Each type of flooring requires specific cleaning and maintenance procedures. For example, hardwood flooring can be maintained with regular sweeping and mopping with wood-safe cleaner, and carpet can be maintained with regular vacuuming.

  • What type of countertop material should I go with?

Quartz offers a low-maintenance and stain-resistant countertop and granite is a natural stone known for its durability. Quartzite is also a natural stone that offers a scratch and heat-resistant countertop, but can be prone to etching (chemical reaction from acidic substances).

  • Do my countertops require sealing, and if so, how often?

Depending on the material of your countertops, they may require sealing to ensure that they remain beautiful and strong. Stone countertops made of marble, granite, and quartzite may require sealing at least once a year.
